If you are new to Sound School and are considering enrolling your child(ren) with us, please contact the school office who will arrange for you to meet a senior member of staff. Ahead of starting school at Sound, whether your child is entering from pre-school or transferring from another school, we recommend that you visit us to become familar with the staff, class peers, our routines and surroundings. The School Information Booklet and enrolment forms can be downloaded by clicking on the appropriate links on the left.
Every parent will have the opportunity to have an individual appointment with their child's class teacher at some stage during the year. In addition to this we, often in conjunction with the Parent Council (and previously School Board), arrange open evenings for parents to discuss particular topics such as curriculum, head lice, drugs awareness etc. Report cards are sent home in early June, ahead of our Open Day for family and friends.
Parents are welcome to contact the school at any time to discuss concerns or to update on the progress that their child is making. In addition to the regular information sent home throughout the year, the School Information Booklet is updated annually each December and contains a broad range of helpful information.
By clicking on the 'Forms' icon on the left you can download a vareity of school forms for completion. Completed forms can be returned by either post or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
